“Fame” Perfume Launch
in Harajuku
Posted on August 1, 2012
Lady Gaga’s “Fame” perfume made its worldwide
debut today at a special popup shop inside of Tokyu
Plaza Omotesando Harajuku. Gaga has strong ties to –
and big love for – Harajuku, so it’s no surprise she
would select the neighborhood as the launch pad for
her new perfume. Japanese Lady Gaga fans are
extremely dedicated and they came out in force
to show their support today.
While checking out the “Fame” perfume scene
today in Harajuku, we ran into this fun girl
and her friend – both carrying bags from the
limited edition Lady Gaga popup shop. In addition
to her pretty blonde-pink hair, she’s wearing a
sleeveless graphic hoodie (with cute ears) from the
Japanese brand JSG along with matching short shorts,
thigh-high fishnets (with handcuff bows on the back),
and cute platform heels with bows. Accessories include
cherry earrings, a melting heart ring, a small
Monchhichi bag, an eyeball bow, and a Morn shark backpack.
